About One World Sports

One World Sports, also abbreviated OWS, is a major network in America providing exclusive world-class sporting events live from all over the world. One World Sports covers popular sports played outside the USA, including soccer and cricket. The network also has agreements with Arsenal FC, Chelsea FC, AC Milan, Bayern Munich and the New York Cosmos to feature their content. Other big clubs from the Pacific Rim and Asia also have their matches aired live or delayed on the channel. One World Sports has established itself as the home of Japan's J-League, Australia's A-League, AFC Asian Cup and AFC Champions League.

In March 2017, One World Sports was quietly shut down amid financial difficulties, and "certain distribution assets" of the network were sold to international broadcaster Eleven Sports, who replaced it in its channel allotments with the Eleven Sports Network.
